Yes, first you have to activate the digital card and then you can place an order for your physical card.
While your physical card is in transit, you will not be able to use the digital card.
Once your card has been delivered you can navigate to the card section of the app and activate your card by entering the last four digits of your card number and the card expiry date. Once this has been verified you will be asked to set up your PIN.
Then physical card will be activated and digital card will be reactivated.
