du Pay card is secure however there are certain precautions that you are required to take at all times. Never share your card number, CVV, expiry date and card pin with anyone. Never share any OTP received from us with anyone.
du Pay representative will never call you to ask your OTP or PIN. For authentication purpose, customer care people may ask you for the first 6 digits and the last 4 digits of your card number.
