The PIN, or Private Identification Number, is a four-digit security code that will be used to verify your identity whenever you interact with du Pay or make a transaction. You will have to define this PIN during the registration process. You should not use repetitive numbers and we suggest you not to use numbers which are easy to guess such as 1234, 2580, 9876 etc. for enhanced security.
Please note that the call center or any personnel of du Pay are not allowed to ask your PIN for whatever the reason. The PIN is personal and we recommend you not to share it with anyone for your own security.
