Spend with du Pay card on POS i.e. offline purchases and get a chance to win the latest smartphone

Campaign Overview
The du Pay Spend & Win the latest smartphone Campaign ("Campaign") rewards eligible du Pay cardholders with a chance to win the latest smartphone by spending on POS (Point of Sale) transactions during the Campaign Period.
Eligibility
• The Campaign is open to all active du Pay users with a valid du Pay card.
• Only POS (Point of Sale) transactions made using a du Pay card are eligible.
• Online transactions, wallet transfers, ATM withdrawals, cardless cash withdrawals, refunds, reversals, and any non POS transactions are not eligible.
Campaign Period
• The Campaign runs from 25 September 2026 to 30 September 2026.
• du Pay reserves the right to extend, modify, or end the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
Campaign Mechanics
• Customers must achieve a minimum cumulative eligible POS spend of AED 500 during the Campaign Period to qualify.
• Eligible customers will be ranked based on their total qualifying POS spend during the Campaign Period.
• The top 10 customers by total eligible spend amount will be shortlisted for a lucky draw.
• One (1) winner will be selected through the lucky draw and will receive the latest smartphone.
Prize
• Prize: One (1) latest smartphone.
• The prize is non transferable, non refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other reward.
Winner Selection & Notification
• The lucky draw will be conducted after the Campaign Period among the top 10 eligible spenders.
• The winner will be contacted using the mobile number registered with du Pay.
• If the winner cannot be reached within a reasonable period or is found ineligible, du Pay reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Exclusions
• Transactions that are reversed, refunded, disputed, fraudulent, cancelled, or charged back will not be considered.
• Transactions made outside POS channels, including online, in-app, recurring card payments, money transfers, wallet funding, ATM withdrawals, and card-not-present transactions are excluded.
• Transactions made at merchants categorized as gambling, money transfer, quasi cash, or any other merchant category determined by du Pay at its sole discretion may be excluded from the Campaign.
General Terms
• du Pay reserves the right to verify transaction eligibility and customer qualification.
• du Pay reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
• du Pay's decision on all matters related to the Campaign, including eligibility, ranking, and winner selection, is final and binding.
• Participation in the Campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
• du Pay reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
