Cashback Campaign – Terms and Conditions

This cashback offer (“Offer”) is provided by du Pay and is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. General

• The Offer is valid for a limited time only and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice, at du Pay’s sole discretion.

• The Offer is applicable only to eligible customers as determined by du Pay.

• Eligibility criteria, applicable transfer types, and qualifying amounts are defined by du Pay and may vary based on customer profile and transaction behavior. Customer will be informed on SMS/ Push notification regarding the eligibility criteria

• The Offer is limited to one cashback reward per customer during the campaign period, unless specified otherwise in the SMS/ Push notification

2. Cashback Conditions

• Cashback will be credited to the customer's du Pay wallet after the successful completion of a qualifying transaction.

• Transactions that are cancelled, reversed, or fail to meet eligibility criteria will not qualify for cashback.

• In case of International Money Transfer as criteria:

Once the amount is credited into the beneficiary bank account/ mobile wallet or once cash is picked up by the beneficiary, cashback will be credited to the sender.

• The cashback is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.

• du Pay reserves the right to withhold or deduct cashback if any form of fraud, misuse, or malpractice is suspected or identified.

3. Additional Information

• du Pay reserves the right to withhold or cancel the cashback reward in the event of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of the Offer terms.

• By participating in this Offer, customers agree to these Terms and Conditions.
