Coupon – Terms & Conditions
1. General
- This coupon-based offer (“Offer”) is valid for a limited time only and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice, at du Pay’s sole discretion.
- The Offer is applicable only to eligible customers as determined by du Pay.
- Eligibility criteria, applicable transaction types, and qualifying amounts are defined by du Pay and may vary based on customer profile or transaction behavior. Customers who are eligible will be notified via SMS/ Push notification.
- The Offer is limited to one coupon redemption per customer during the campaign period.
2. Coupon Redemption Conditions
- Coupons must be redeemed according to the instructions specified at the time of issuance.
- The coupon is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.
- Expired, canceled, or invalid coupons will not qualify for redemption.
- du Pay reserves the right to withhold or invalidate coupon usage if any form of fraud, misuse, or malpractice is suspected or detected.
3. Additional Information
- Coupons are valid only for the specified products, services, or transaction channels, as noted when distributed.
- du Pay reserves the right to cancel or withhold coupon benefits in cases of suspected abuse or violation of these terms.
