The du Pay International Spend Cashback Campaign (“Campaign”) offers eligible customers a cashback reward on international point-of-sale (POS) transactions made using the du Pay card during the promotional period.
The Campaign is valid from 23 May 2026 to 31 May 2026 (inclusive) (“Campaign Period”).
To qualify for the cashback reward, customers must meet the following conditions:
• Customers must spend a minimum cumulative amount of AED 500 on eligible transactions during the Campaign Period.
• Cashback is applicable only on international POS transactions made using the du Pay card.
• Transactions must be successfully completed and not reversed, cancelled, or refunded.
• Eligible customers will receive 3% cashback on qualifying international spend during the Campaign Period.
• The maximum cashback that can be earned per customer under this Campaign is AED 300.
• Cashback will be calculated based on eligible transactions recorded during the Campaign Period.
• Cashback will be processed and credited to eligible customers’ du Pay accounts on or before 30 June 2026.
• du Pay reserves the right to verify all transactions before processing cashback.
The following transactions will not qualify for cashback under this Campaign:
• Refunded, reversed, disputed, or cancelled transactions.
• Transactions made with merchants categorized under restricted or excluded categories including, but not limited to Gambling, Money transfer services, Quasi-cash transactions, Any similar merchant categories as determined by du Pay at its sole discretion
• Any transactions identified as fraudulent, suspicious, or in violation of du Pay policies.
• Each customer is eligible to receive cashback only once, up to the maximum limit specified.
• du Pay reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
• du Pay reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or is suspected of misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity.
• By participating in this Campaign, customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
• In case of any dispute, the decision of du Pay shall be final and binding.
• International Transactions: Transactions conducted outside the UAE or processed by merchants located outside the UAE.
• du Pay Card: Any active and valid payment card issued under du Pay.
