Campaign Terms & Conditions
Win a Gold Coin Every Day with du Pay
This Campaign (the “Campaign”) is governed by the terms and conditions set forth below (“Campaign Terms and Conditions”) and the du Pay Terms and Conditions (made available on T&C | du Pay (“du Pay Terms and Conditions”)).
In the event of a conflict between these Campaign Terms and Conditions and the du Pay Terms and Conditions, the Campaign Terms and Conditions shall prevail solely for this Campaign to the extent of that conflict.
All capitalized terms, unless defined here, shall have the meanings assigned to them in the du Pay Terms and Conditions.
1. Campaign Duration:
1.1. The Campaign runs from Feb 25, 2025 to May 26, 2025. (“Campaign Duration”).
2. Eligibility:
2.1. The Campaign is open to all du Pay Customers who make International Money Transfers of AED 500 or more to banks or mobile wallets during the Campaign Duration.
2.2. Customers are automatically entered into the daily raffle upon making eligible transactions, during the Campaign Duration.
2.3. Canceled or refunded transactions are excluded from participation within the Campaign.
2.4 du Pay (EITC FS) employees are not eligible
3. Prize:
3.1. A 24-karat gold coin (8 grams) will be awarded daily to one lucky winner throughout the Campaign Duration.
3.2. Winners are eligible to win more than once during the Campaign.
4. Winner Selection and Announcement:
4.1. Winners will be selected daily via a physical draw under the supervision of the relevant authorities.
4.2. Winners for each day will be announced on the du Pay official website and social media platforms the following week.
4.3. Winners will be contacted by the du Pay team via the phone number registered in their du Pay account.
4.4. Customers must ensure their contact information is up to date to facilitate prize collection.
4.5. If a winner is not reachable within thirty (30) days, the prize will be handed over to DED.
5. Prize Collection:
5.1. The du Pay team will provide guidance to winners regarding the prize collection process.
5.2. Prizes are non-transferable and can only be collected by the registered du Pay account holder (the winning Customer).
5.3. du Pay will never request the winners to pay any fees or share personal identification numbers for prize collection.
6. Disqualification:
6.1. du Pay reserves the right to disqualify any Customer, and winners found to have violated the Campaign Terms and Conditions or engaged in fraudulent activity.
6.2. In the event of disqualification, the prize may be forfeited or donated to a registered charity in the UAE.
7. General Conditions:
7.1. The Campaign is subject to all applicable UAE laws and regulations.
7.2. du Pay reserves the right to amend or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
7.3. All decisions by du Pay regarding the Campaign are final and binding.
8. Limitation of Liability:
du Pay (including Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company and its affiliates) shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury of any nature suffered by participating or winning Customers in connection with this Campaign.
9. Amendments:
du Pay reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via official du Pay channels.
10. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
