You can use the du Pay app to find out the balance on your card. Since the du Pay card is linked to your du Pay account, the balance is the same as du Pay account balance.
You can also use your physical card at ATMs for balance enquiry, but we strongly recommend to not to use an ATM for balance enquiry as it will incur charges as per the rules of that ATM’s respective bank.
