In case of transfer to UAE mobile number via du Pay, it is instant.
In case of transfers to UAE local bank account, it might typically take up to 1-2 business days, depending on the recipient's bank.
International transfers on du Pay are processed by our partner, Western Union. If you would like to track your International Transfer, please follow the below steps:
1. Copy the MTCN code of your transfer. You can find it in the app by going to the transaction history and selecting your transfer.
2. Visit: https://www.westernunion.com/web/global-service/track-transfer and get the status of your transfer with the MTCN code.
If your transaction has not reached after 2 working days of the transfer, please contact our customer care 80038729 (800dupay) / customercare@dupay.ae to know the status.
