Local transfers
In case of transfer to UAE mobile number via du Pay, it is instant.
In case of transfers to UAE local bank account, it might typically take up to 1-2 business days, depending on the recipient's bank.
International Transfers
International transfers to bank accounts or mobile wallets are usually delivered within 1-2 hours.
In some cases, it may take up to 7 working days, depending on the beneficiary bank.
How to Track Your International Transfer?
Once you initiate an international transfer with du Pay, you will receive an SMS with either an MTCN code or a TF PIN. You can also find this code in the app under your transaction history.
Transfers with MTCN
- Transfers with MTCN are processed by our partner, Western Union.
- To track the status, visit this link: Western Union and enter your MTCN code.
- For Cash Pick-Up transfers with MTCN, inform the beneficiary so they can pick up the cash at any Western Union agent in their country.
Transfers with TF PIN
- Transfers with TF PIN are processed by our partner, Transfast.
- Please wait 2 working days for the transfer to be processed. If the transfer hasn’t been completed after 2 working days, contact customer care at 80038729 (800dupay) or customercare@dupay.ae and share the TFPIN for the status.
- For Cash Pick-Up transfers with TF PIN, inform the beneficiary so they can pick up the cash at any Transfast agent in their country.
