Campaign Overview
The du Pay Card Cashback Campaign (“Campaign”) rewards eligible du Pay users with 1% cashback on qualifying card transactions during the Campaign Period.
Eligibility
• The Campaign is open to all active du Pay users with a valid du Pay card.
• Cashback applies only to POS (Point of Sale) transactions made using the du Pay card.
• Online transactions, wallet transfers, ATM withdrawals, and any non POS transactions are not eligible.
Campaign Period
• The Campaign starts on 1 July for limited time only.
• du Pay reserves the right to end the Campaign as per the allocated budgets.
Cashback Mechanics
• Users will earn 1% cashback on eligible POS transactions.
• Minimum cumulative spend per user: AED 500 during the Campaign Period.
• Maximum cashback per user: AED 50 per month for the entire Campaign Period.
• Cashback is calculated based on the total eligible spend after meeting the minimum spend threshold.
Cashback Payout
• Cashback will be credited to the user’s du Pay wallet within 30 days after the Campaign ends whichever comes first.
• Cashback is non transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other rewards.
Exclusions
• Transactions that are reversed, refunded, disputed, fraudulent, or cancelled are not eligible.
• Transactions made outside POS channels (e.g., online, in app, or card not present transactions) are excluded.
General Terms
• du Pay reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
• du Pay’s decision on all matters related to the Campaign is final and binding.
• Participation in the Campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
• du Pay reserves the right to withhold or reverse cashback in cases of suspected misuse or violation of these Terms.
• Transactions made at merchants categorized as Gambling, money transfer, Quasi Cash or any other merchant determined by du Pay at it’s sole discretion will be exempted from the cash back calculation
