Promotional Credit Terms & Conditions

• Eligible customers will receive a one-time Promotional Credit in their du Pay wallet and will be notified via SMS.
• The Promotional Credit is valid for a limited time duration from the date of credit and expiry date of each Promotional Credit will be notified over SMS.
• du Pay reserves the right to amend the expiry period and will notify customers via SMS if any change.
• To retain the Promotional Credit, customers must complete at least one qualifying transaction (e.g. international money transfer) before the expiry date. The qualifying transaction will be mentioned in the SMS.
• The Promotional Credit is promotional in nature and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or withdrawn as cash.
• Any unused or unqualified Promotional Credit amount may be removed from the wallet after expiry.
• Where sufficient Promotional Credit funds remain in the wallet at expiry, the unused amount will be reversed.
• du Pay reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time.
