Eligibility: Customers who receive their salary in their du Pay wallet via IBAN (WPS/WPC) for 3 consecutive months, with a minimum salary of AED 1,000 per month, and meet all campaign conditions.

This Campaign (the “Campaign”) is governed by the terms and conditions set forth below (“Campaign Terms and Conditions”) and the du Pay Terms and Conditions (made available on T&C | du Pay (“du Pay Terms and Conditions”)).
In the event of a conflict between these Campaign Terms and Conditions and the du Pay Terms and Conditions, the Campaign Terms and Conditions shall prevail solely for this Campaign to the extent of that conflict.
All capitalized terms, unless defined here, shall have the meanings assigned to them in the du Pay Terms and Conditions.
1. Campaign Duration
1.1. The Campaign runs from 10 April 2026 to 10 July 2026 (“Campaign Duration”).
2. Eligibility
2.1. The Campaign is open to du Pay Customers who receive their salary in their du Pay wallet via IBAN using WPS/WPC codes during the Campaign Duration.
2.2. Customers must receive a minimum salary of AED 1,000 per month for three (3) consecutive months during the Campaign Duration.
2.3. Customers must complete at least one (1) successful international money transfer per month during the 3-month qualifying period.
2.4. Customers must not perform any cash-in transactions via kiosk during the 3-month qualifying period. Only IBAN-based salary transfers will be considered valid for this Campaign.
2.5. Customers must maintain an active du Pay account in good standing throughout the Campaign Duration and reward fulfilment period.
2.6. Cancelled, reversed, or failed transactions will not be considered eligible.
2.7. du Pay (EITC FS) employees are not eligible to participate.
2.8. Customers whose accounts are frozen, suspended, or flagged for fraudulent activity will be disqualified.
2.9. This is a BTL campaign. Customers receiving SMS/ App Push notification on this offer are eligible.
3. Reward
3.1. Eligible customers will receive a guaranteed cashback of AED 100 upon successful completion of all Campaign conditions.
3.2. Each eligible customer can receive the cashback only once during the Campaign Duration.
4. Reward Fulfilment
4.1. Cashback will be credited to the eligible customer’s du Pay wallet within thirty (30) days after completion of the 3-month qualifying period.
4.2. Cashback is non-transferable and will only be credited to the registered du Pay account holder.
4.3. du Pay will never request customers to pay any fees or share sensitive information for reward fulfilment.
5. Disqualification
5.1. du Pay reserves the right to disqualify any Customer found to have violated these Campaign Terms and Conditions or engaged in fraudulent or suspicious activity.
5.2. In the event of disqualification, the cashback reward will be forfeited.
6. General Conditions
6.1. The Campaign is subject to all applicable UAE laws and regulations.
6.2. du Pay reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
6.3. All decisions made by du Pay in connection with the Campaign are final and binding.
7. Limitation of Liability
du Pay (including Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company and its affiliates) shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by participating Customers in connection with this Campaign.
8. Amendments
du Pay reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated through official du Pay channels.
9. Governing Law
These Campaign Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
