This Campaign (the “Campaign”) is governed by the terms and conditions hereunder (“Campaign Terms and Conditions”), and the Terms and Conditions of du Pay (made available on https://dupay.ae/en/terms (“du Pay Terms and Conditions”)).
In case of any conflict between the Campaign Terms and Conditions and the du Pay Terms and Conditions, the Campaign Terms and Conditions shall prevail, only to the extinct of this Campaign.
All capitalized terms, unless defined hereunder, shall have the same meaning as defined within the du Pay Terms and Conditions.
1. Campaign Duration:
The Campaign runs from 1 Nov 2026 to 31 Dec 2026 (“Campaign Duration / Period”)
2. Eligibility:
- A customer will receive one (1) entry into the prize draw when they complete either of the following during the campaign period:
- Send a qualifying international money transfer of AED 1,000 or more through du Pay; or
- Spend a cumulative amount of AED 1,000 or more using the du Pay Visa Card.
- Multiple entries per Customer are allowed.
- The Transaction ID of each successful international transfer/ card spend over AED 1,000 is considered as the raffle ticket. It is available on the transaction history section of the app.
- Cancelled or refunded transactions are excluded from the entries.
- Open to customers registered on du Pay app with an active and verified du Pay account.
- Employees of Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company FS LLC (du Pay) are not eligible to participate.
- Customers must comply with all du Pay account and transaction requirements throughout the campaign period.
3. Prizes:
2 Customers will get a BYD Ti7 car worth AED 169,000 each during the campaign period
i.e. AED 338,000 in total prize value throughout the campaign period.
du Pay reserves the right to amend the prize structure while maintaining the total approved prize value.
4. Winner Selection and Announcement:
- Winners will be selected through an electronic draw conducted fairly within du Pay premises, conducted by ED (economic department)
- Prize winners will be contacted using the registered mobile number associated with their du Pay account.

5. Prize Payout:
- du Pay will provide the details of when and where to get the car. BYD manages the car handover, du Pay will guide the winner.
- du Pay will not hand over the car to any third party upon request of the winners, it will only be given to the registered wallet holder.
- If a winner's account has been suspended or frozen or closed or dormant after announcement as winner, they will not receive the car.
6. Promotion around the draw:
- du Pay reserves the right to announce the winners’ names publicly unless prohibited by law.
- By entering the promotion of this Campaign, unless otherwise stated, key winning Customers consent to and agree that du Pay may use their name, photos and testimonial videos in any media platform for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any additional financial compensation or benefits to the Customers.
7. Disqualification:
- du Pay reserves the right to disqualify any participating Customer who is found to be abusing the Campaign.
- Any false information or fraudulent activities will result in disqualification from this Campaign.
- The raffle prize may be forfeited if the Customer has breached the Terms and Conditions, and any other applicable terms and conditions, and all applicable governing laws and regulations.
8. General Conditions:
- International Money Transfers or Card Transactions that are reversed, refunded, cancelled, fraudulent, or deemed suspicious will not qualify.
- Card Transactions made to other wallets or specific merchants may not be considered. du Pay reserves the right to verify transaction eligibility before awarding prizes.
- Participation in the campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- du Pay reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the campaign subject to applicable UAE laws and regulatory approvals.
- All decisions relating to the campaign and winner selection shall be final.
9. Limitation of Liability:
- du Pay (including Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company and its affiliates) shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury of any nature howsoever caused that may be suffered by any participating Customer, or winning Customer.
10. Amendments:
- du Pay reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via official du Pay channels including social media.
11. Governing Law:
- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

12. T&Cs related to BYD car
The prize consists of one (2) BYD Ti 7 vehicle. Vehicle specifications, features, trim level and colour are subject to availability.
- The vehicle colour shown in any campaign visuals, advertisements or key visuals (KV) is for illustrative purposes only. The actual vehicle colour may differ depending on available stock and the applicable trim level provided by Al-Futtaim.
- The winner must be a resident of the United Arab Emirates and, at the time of prize collection, hold a valid Emirates ID and a valid UAE driving licence.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any alternative prize.
- Al-Futtaim will bear the costs associated with the vehicle’s Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) and first registration. Any subsequent costs, including but not limited to annual insurance, registration renewals, traffic fines, Salik charges, maintenance and any other operating expenses, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.
- Following winner verification and receipt of all required documents, the winner will be contacted by the nearest Al-Futtaim BYD showroom to arrange the vehicle handover and collection process.
- The winner must provide all documentation reasonably requested by the organizers and complete the prize acceptance process within the period communicated by Al-Futtaim. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner, subject to applicable regulations.
- The organizers reserve the right to substitute the prize with another vehicle of equivalent or higher value in the event of unavailability or circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
- Acceptance of the prize constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any applicable requirements imposed by UAE laws and regulations.
- The organizers reserve the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements in the United Arab Emirates.
