Prize delivery: The cash prize will be credited to the winner’s du Pay wallet within 1 week of announcement. Winners will be called to notified about the same on the day of announcement
Win AED 1,000 Every Day with du Pay
This Campaign (the “Campaign”) is governed by the terms and conditions set forth below (“Campaign Terms and Conditions”) and the du Pay Terms and Conditions (made available on T&C | du Pay (“du Pay Terms and Conditions”)).
In the event of a conflict between these Campaign Terms and Conditions and the du Pay Terms and Conditions, the Campaign Terms and Conditions shall prevail solely for this Campaign to the extent of that conflict.
All capitalized terms, unless defined here, shall have the meanings assigned to them in the du Pay Terms and Conditions.
1. Campaign Duration
1.1. The Campaign runs from February 16, 2026 to December 31, 2026 (“Campaign Duration”).
2. Eligibility
2.1. The Campaign is open to all du Pay Customers who make International Money Transfers of AED 750 or more to banks or mobile wallets or cash pick up during the Campaign Duration.
2.2. Customers are automatically entered into the daily raffle upon making eligible transactions during the Campaign Duration.
2.3. Canceled or refunded transactions are excluded from participation in the Campaign.
2.4. du Pay (EITC FS) employees are not eligible to participate.
2.5 Customers whose accounts are frozen or suspended due to fraudulent activity are not eligible for the draw
3. Prize
3.1. A cash prize of AED 1,000 will be awarded daily to one lucky winner throughout the Campaign Duration.
3.2. Winners are eligible to win more than once during the Campaign Duration.
4. Winner Selection and Announcement
4.1. Winners will be selected daily via a draw conducted under the supervision of the relevant authorities.
4.2. Winners will be announced on the du Pay official website and/or social media platforms on a weekly basis.
4.3. Winners will be contacted by the du Pay team via the phone number registered in their du Pay account.
4.4. Winners automatically consent to receiving the prize on du Pay wallet and sharing their names on website / social media.
4.5. If a winner is not reachable within thirty (30) days, the prize will be handed over to DED.
5. Prize Delivery
5.1. The du Pay team will provide guidance to winners regarding the prize process.
5.2. The cash prize will be credited directly to the winner’s du Pay wallet.
5.3. Prizes are non-transferable and can only be awarded to the registered du Pay account holder.
5.4. du Pay will never request winners to pay any fees or share personal identification numbers for prize delivery.
6. Disqualification
6.1. du Pay reserves the right to disqualify any Customer or winner found to have violated these Campaign Terms and Conditions or engaged in fraudulent activity.
6.2. In the event of disqualification, the prize may be forfeited or donated to a registered charity in the UAE.
7. General Conditions
7.1. The Campaign is subject to all applicable UAE laws and regulations.
7.2. du Pay reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
7.3. All decisions made by du Pay in connection with the Campaign are final and binding.
8. Limitation of Liability
du Pay (including Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company and its affiliates) shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by participating or winning Customers in connection with this Campaign.
9. Amendments
du Pay reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated through official du Pay channels.
10. Governing Law
These Campaign Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
