Campaign Terms & Conditions
1. Campaign Duration
1.1. The Campaign runs from December 15, 2025 to March 18, 2026 (“Campaign Duration”).
2. Eligibility
2.1. The Campaign is open to all du Pay Customers who complete an international money transfer of AED 750 or more in a single transaction during the Campaign Duration.
2.2. Eligible transfers must be successfully completed via the du Pay app.
2.3. Customers are automatically entered into the raffle upon completing an eligible transaction.
2.4. Canceled, reversed, or refunded transactions are excluded from participation.
2.5. du Pay (EITC FS) employees are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.
3. Prize
3.1. A total of three (3) winners will each receive one (1) car valued at AED 63,000 (excluding VAT).
3.2. The prize value excludes VAT, registration, insurance, or any other costs unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3.3. Prizes are non-transferable, however they can be redeemed for cash. Details will be provided to each winner upon car handover.
3.4. Each Customer may win only once during the Campaign.
4. Winner Selection & Draw
4.1. Three (3) physical raffle draws will be conducted under the supervision of the relevant authorities.
4.2. Draw dates are scheduled as follows:
4.3. Each draw will select one (1) winner from the pool of eligible entries accumulated up to the respective draw date.
4.4. Winners will be announced on du Pay’s official website and/or social media channels after each draw.
4.5. Winners will be contacted by the du Pay team using the contact details registered in their du Pay account.
5. Prize Collection
5.1. Winners will be guided by the du Pay team on the prize collection process.
5.2. The prize can only be collected by the registered du Pay account holder whose entry was selected.
5.3. du Pay will never ask winners to pay any fees or share OTPs, PINs, or confidential details to claim the prize.
5.4. If a winner cannot be contacted within thirty (30) days from the announcement date, the prize may be handed over to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable regulations.
6. Disqualification
6.1. du Pay reserves the right to disqualify any Customer found to have violated these Terms and Conditions or engaged in fraudulent, suspicious, or abusive behavior.
6.2. In case of disqualification, the prize may be forfeited or otherwise dealt with in accordance with UAE regulations.
7. General Conditions
7.1. The Campaign is subject to all applicable UAE laws and regulations.
7.2. du Pay reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
7.3. All decisions taken by du Pay in relation to the Campaign shall be final and binding.
8. Limitation of Liability
du Pay (including Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company and its affiliates) shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any participant or winner in connection with this Campaign or the use of the prize.
9. Amendments
du Pay reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates will be communicated via official du Pay channels.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the UAE shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
