Alternatively, simply follow the steps below:
a. Make sure you have an active UAE mobile number as this will be used for registration and any du Pay interaction.
b. Download the du Pay app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
c. The app will automatically recognize that you are a new user and will ask you to enter your mobile number. You will then be asked to enter the code sent to you via SMS to set up the 4-digit PIN.
d. You will then be asked to scan the front and back sides of your Emirates ID followed by a facial scan.
e. Follow the instructions and set up your PIN; once complete, you will have the wallet account opened.
