You have multiple ways to withdraw cash from your du Pay account
ATM Withdrawal (Cardless)
- Choose cash withdrawal option on the du Pay app.
- Initiate the withdrawal on the app
- Visit the nearest Emirates NBD ATM and complete the withdrawal with the security code provided.
You will not need to use any card for the withdrawal
ATM withdrawal (with du Pay card)
- Use du Pay card at any ATM to withdraw the amount you want that is available in your du Pay wallet.
Please note: When using the ATM for cash withdrawal, be sure to choose "Current Account" (not "Savings") for a smooth transaction.
Transfer to another bank account (*New feature)
- Choose transfer to UAE Bank account option on the app
- Enter the amount and the bank details you want to transfer the money to
- Confirm the transaction
