Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:

• Offer is applicable to customers who receive a monthly salary of AED 1,100 or more into their du Pay wallet.

• This offer is only valid for customers who have not received a salary into their du Pay wallet prior to 27 May 2026.

How to receive salary with du Pay:

Simply share your du Pay IBAN with your employer, and when they transfer your salary to it, it will be credited to your du Pay wallet.

How to share IBAN details with employer?

You can share your IBAN by going to the Manage section in your du Pay app, clicking on IBAN Details, then copying your IBAN or using the Share IBAN button.

What monthly benefits will be unlocked?

Once you receive your salary of AED 1,100 or more, you will unlock the following monthly benefits:

• AED 15 cashback, credited automatically only if total card spend is at least AED 500 per month, excluding: ATM withdrawals or transfers to other financial service apps

• 1 free international money transfer per month

• 3% cashback on international card spending (no minimum spend required)

How will du Pay know I have credited my salary?

These transfer types will be considered as salary: WPC or Bank transfers with “Salary” as purpose of transfer

Expiry: If salary is not received for 60 consecutive days (2 months), eligibility for the campaign will expire.

Redemption: Benefits are applied automatically; no promo code is required.

Validity: Benefits are granted once per month and cannot be carried forward.

Duration: Campaign starts from 27th May 2026. This campaign is valid until further notice and may be discontinued or modified at du Pay’s sole discretion.

General:

• Cashback will be credited directly to the du Pay wallet balance.

• Free international money transfer is valid for one month only.

• Benefits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

• The 3% international cashback applies only to eligible international card transactions.
• Employees who already benefit from du Pay corporate deals through their employers are excluded from this campaign.
• du Pay reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to exclude employees of specific companies from participation.
