Don’t worry, resetting your PIN is fast and easy. Simply access the forgot PIN option from landing page, scan your face. You will be able to reset the PIN once your face matches our records. Our records will include the facial scan you did in order to complete your KYC onboarding.
Please note that the Customer Care of du Pay is not allowed to reset your PIN on your behalf and will never ask your PIN.
