• Spin the Wheel campaigns (“Campaign”) are promotional activities offered by du Pay for a limited period.
• The Campaign may be modified, suspended, extended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice at du Pay’s sole discretion.
• Participation is available only to eligible du Pay customers as determined by du Pay.
• Eligibility criteria, rewards, campaign duration, number of spins, and qualifying conditions may vary by campaign and will be communicated within the du Pay App.
• By participating in the Campaign, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions.
A. Instant Spin the Wheel
• Eligible customers may receive a spin immediately upon meeting the campaign eligibility requirements.
• Upon spinning the wheel, customers may win different types of rewards, including but not limited to:
o Discount coupons
o Cashback rewards
o Vouchers
o Any other rewards specified in the campaign details
• The reward won will be displayed upon completion of the spin.
B. Action-Based Spin the Wheel
• Certain Spin the Wheel campaigns require customers to complete a specified action before the spin becomes available.
• Examples of qualifying actions may include, but are not limited to:
o International money transfer
o du recharge
o Bill payment
o Any other activity specified within the campaign
• Once the qualifying action has been successfully completed and validated by du Pay, the spin will be unlocked and made available to the customer.
• Customers must complete the qualifying action within the campaign period to be eligible.
Coupons
• Where a coupon is awarded, the coupon will be automatically added to the customer's du Pay account.
• Customers can view available coupons in: du Pay App > Manage > My Offers > Coupons
• For eligible international money transfer transactions, the best available coupon may be automatically applied at the time of transaction.
• Any coupon awarded through the Campaign will remain subject to the applicable Coupon Terms & Conditions.
Cashback
• Cashback rewards will be credited to the customer's du Pay account or wallet as specified in the campaign details.
• Cashback credit timelines may vary depending on the campaign.
• Any cashback awarded through the Campaign will remain subject to the applicable Cashback Terms & Conditions.
Vouchers and Other Rewards
• Vouchers and other rewards will be delivered or made available according to the instructions communicated in the campaign.
• Additional redemption conditions may apply depending on the reward type.
• Rewards may have a validity period or expiry date.
• Customers are responsible for using or redeeming rewards before their expiry date.
• Expired rewards, coupons, cashback benefits, vouchers, or any other promotional benefits will not be reinstated, extended, or compensated.
• Each campaign may have a maximum number of spins available to a customer.
• Once the maximum permitted number of spins has been consumed, the customer will no longer be eligible to participate in that specific campaign unless otherwise stated.
• Unused spins may expire at the end of the campaign period.
• Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted into cash unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Rewards cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly permitted by du Pay.
• Any attempt to manipulate, abuse, or fraudulently participate in the Campaign may result in disqualification and forfeiture of rewards. du Pay reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or recover rewards in such cases.
• du Pay reserves the right to verify customer eligibility, transaction validity, and compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
• du Pay reserves the right to amend, suspend, cancel, or terminate any Spin the Wheel campaign or reward at its sole discretion without prior notice.
• In the event of any dispute, du Pay's decision shall be final and binding.
